Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver across India. This policy sets out our dispatch and delivery timelines, shipping charges, and how serviceability is determined.

1. Shipping Charges

All charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. The amount displayed is the final, all-inclusive payable amount.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary during sale periods, public holidays or due to courier or weather disruptions.

3. Pincode Serviceability

Serviceability is checked at checkout. When you enter your state and pincode, we validate that the combination is correct in real time before allowing payment. If your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you with alternatives or issue a full refund for prepaid orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking link is added to your order. You can view live status anytime on our Track Order page using your order number. A shipping confirmation email with the tracking link is also sent to you.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make up to three delivery attempts. Please ensure the contact number provided is reachable. If delivery fails after all attempts, the order is returned to us and a refund (less any non-recoverable charges) is processed for prepaid orders.
